If I need more than the provided 3 proofs, how much will it cost?
I charge $5 per additional proof. If more proofing is needed, each additional proof will be discounted.
I want to order an invitation, but I would also like party printables (cupcake toppers, labels, etc.) to match for my party. Do you provide that service, and how much?
Yes! I love creating matching products to use at your party! I charge $5 per printable page. For example, if you would like cupcake toppers, then it doesn't matter how many toppers there are per page, it will be $5.
I can't decide between two designs, what should I do?
Please only purchase one design. Because I customize digital files, I cannot use your specific information on 2 designs without the purchase of both. This is what the listings are for, to show you what the design will look like! If you would like to see your details on both examples, then you must purchase both. This also includes photos. Again, I cannot use the same information using different photos. Exception: if there is a cropping issue, then the current photo may be replaced with another.
Can you send me a sample with my information on it before I decide to order?
This goes along with the previous question. Because I supply digital files, I cannot use your specific info and then send it without purchasing. This is why there are 3 proofs included in the list price.
Can I print two per page?
Absolutely! If you would like me to send a PDF file with 2 designs per page, just make sure to include your request in the 'Note to Seller' box when checking out. Or you can convo me prior to or after purchasing.
I need to provide you with a photo. Should I shrink or crop the photo before I send it to you?
No! Please only send the original photo without any adjustments. If you would like to edit the photo with filters or effects, that is fine... but DO NOT adjust the size in any way. If you would like certain images to be cropped, just let me know and I will accommodate your request the best that I can!
Can you send a sample of the listing so that I can print it from my home computer to get an idea of how the sizing will look?
Yes! I can send a watermarked PDF file with two 5x7 samples of the listing design on an 8.5x11 page.
If I would like a matching insert/itinerary to include with my order, how much do you charge?

Do you provide envelopes?
Only if you choose to have your design custom printed. Otherwise, no, I will only supply the digital file. You can find most standard sized envelopes at any craft store!
How much do you charge for a Rush design?
I charge an additional $10 for a Rush order. Click here if you need your order rushed.
I would like to make my invitation/announcement into a postcard. Does this cost extra?

Is the listing price the cost per invitation?
No. It is the cost of the design, 3 proofs and the final digital file. Unless you choose to have your design custom printed, then you would simply select the quantity from the drop down menu, which will determine the total cost.
What color of paper do you suggest I print my invitation on?
White. All background colors are included in the design and will print in ink. For the brightest and truest color, I recommend printing on white. If you are printing from home and would like to save on ink, just let me know and I will not include the background color!
